Kath’s Top 22 of 2022

I have always loved favorite things’ lists or top 10 or you name it.

I decided to compile a top 22 of 2022.

And here they are…not in any particular order.

As you can see #1-9 are podcasts; 10-16 are books; 17 a destination; 18 a shop; 19 an app; 20 and 21 activities and 22 nourishment

1. Have you listened to Glennon Doyle, her wife Abby and sister Amanda? No? I will include a LINK to a fav episode...but really I have enjoyed all of them.

2. Jonathan Fields of Good Life Project=insightful, intentional and a good interviewer. Here is a FAV episode.

3. Unlocking us...I mean I had do include Brene's podcasts...even though both are ending {at least on Spotify...last episodes this week.} Links on Brene's blog.

4. Dare To Lead...even though catering to businesses, I found a lot applicable. Here is a fav.

5. If you don't yet know Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife {JFF} I suggest you start acquainting yourself. She is intelligent, articulate and has this whole relationship thing figured out folks. Here is a link to an interview with JFF. This link is a bit different as she is being interviewed by a young musician but I just loved the interaction:)

6. My sister, Cheryl has a podcast that is targeted to families who are raising children who suffer from mental health challenges. She is offering such value. Here is one of my fav episodes.

7. My fellow coach and friend, Carly's podcast. Unfortunately she and Brene are calling it quits for a bit. Here is a link to her interview with me:)

8. A podcast following the Sunday School curriculum for my church. As I have been teaching SS for the 17/18 year olds, I have come to really appreciate this podcast. A fav episode.

9. A podcast all about listening to your body, finding the healthiest ingredients and being aware of what is going into around and on your body. Check it out.

10-16 are books you can find anywhere you buy books, including audible.

17. The Memorial House was the venue for my son's wedding. Looking for an amazing venue in SLC,UT while supporting a historical landmark? Look no further:  Here.

18. My dear friend, Tawny did all the amazing signage for our wedding. She has an etsy shop and she is a dream to work with. Here.

19. I discovered strength training this year thanks to Heather Adams fitness. It really is remarkable. She sets up the work out, I log into the app and it is all figured out for me. Charts my progress etc. A game changer, here

20. Get out and run...on the trails!! My current fav is Ghost Falls in my backyard...come visit me and let's run!

21. Restore yoga. Love this class. Sometimes referred to as zen yoga or surrender. It is basically an hour of meditation and stretching for me.. I go to Lifetime fitness here.

22. And finally, the protein powder that fuels me most days. I have tried a few and always return to this one. The only link I could find was instacart but just go to Sprouts. {Chocolate, vegan Sprouts brand}

And that's a wrap!

Goodbye to 2022…you were a good one!!

All my best for 2023,

xoKathleen
